Fees & Refund Policy

Payments made to ATMS Education FZ-LLC relate only to administrative and university admission support services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Academic tuition fees belong to the respective awarding institution and are governed solely by that institution’s policies.

Any tuition fees collected on behalf of partner institution is remitted.

ATMS Education does not control academic fees or institutional refund decisions.

Service fees become non-refundable once admission processing has begun, including document review, eligibility screening, application submission, or communication with the institution, regardless of admission outcome. If a student withdraws before any processing work has started, a partial refund may be issued after reasonable administrative deductions.

Recognition, equivalency, visa approval, employment eligibility, or regulatory acceptance are outside the control of ATMS Education and do not constitute grounds for refund after services are delivered. Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant may also result in rejection without refund.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable administrative period through the original payment method where possible. By making payment, the applicant confirms understanding that ATMS Education provides admission support services only and that program recognition must be verified independently before enrollment.

I am dealing with ATMS Education FZ-LLC, a RAKEZ-licensed entity providing University Admission Services only. ATMS Education is not a university and does not award academic degrees in its own name unless explicitly stated with official written evidence.

Any qualification will be awarded solely by the respective independent awarding institution.

The awarding institution alone determines admission decisions, curriculum, teaching, assessment, grading, and issuance of certificates.

ATMS Education provides administrative guidance and admission support only.

ATMS Education does not guarantee recognition, equivalency, licensing eligibility, employment eligibility, promotion, salary increase, immigration benefit, or visa approval in any country.

Recognition of a qualification depends on government authorities, employers, and professional regulators in the country where I intend to use it.

Any learning centre, classroom, or office used for support services does not represent a licensed branch campus unless officially declared by a competent authority.
